Privacy

• Account information, including your email address and chosen profile details.
• Product data you save, including your private match shortlist, followed players, alert preferences, and self-reported bets.
• Server-confirmed account verification, research saves and checkout creation, linked to your account. These operational records contain event times and relevant match or plan identifiers, not passwords, email contents or payment-card details.
• Subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. CourtCockpit does not store full payment-card numbers.
• If you subscribe in the CourtCockpit iOS app: Apple's transaction identifiers, the plan, and its renewal and expiry dates. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details.
• Messages you post in the members' room, which other signed-in members can read, and any reports you make about messages or members you block.
• Basic request, device, and error information needed to secure and operate the service.
• Page views, counted without cookies: the page, the site that linked to it, campaign tags, your country and the kind of device. A key that changes every day tells visits apart; no IP address is stored, and a visit cannot be linked to you or to another day.

We use this information to provide account access, preserve your settings, process subscriptions, deliver requested alerts or emails, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve CourtCockpit. We do not sell personal information.

CourtCockpit uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing on the web, Apple for purchases made in the iOS app, Resend for requested email delivery, Vercel for hosting and aggregate visit statistics, and Discord, where support messages and error reports reach our team. Each provider processes only the information needed to perform its service under its own privacy terms.

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can change alert and leaderboard preferences from your account.
• If your browser sends Do Not Track, your visits are left out of our visit counts.
• You can delete your account from Account, under Delete account (in the iOS app, the Account tab). Deletion is immediate. Web billing is canceled before deletion. A subscription bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple and is not canceled by deleting your account: cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

Data required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained where the law requires it.
