Account access, billing, data, or product errors
Use Manage billing in your account to update payment details, download invoices, or cancel. A subscription bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple: manage it in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. For an unrecognized or duplicate charge, include the charge date and the email on the CourtCockpit account when you contact support.
Open accountSign in with the six-digit code we email you. Codes are single-use and expire. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.
