CourtCockpit provides tennis analytics and model estimates for informational purposes. An edge is a disagreement with a market price, not a promise that a player will win. CourtCockpit is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not provide financial advice.
You must be at least 21, legally permitted to use betting-related analytics where you live, and responsible for your own decisions. Do not use the service to violate law, abuse other members, send spam, scrape protected data, bypass access controls, or disrupt the product.
Paid plans renew through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can cancel from your account and keep access through the paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where law requires a refund or a verified billing error occurred. Deleting an account first cancels active CourtCockpit subscriptions.
Markets, schedules, player status, and third-party feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We may correct data and settle records when authoritative results arrive. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not knowingly rewrite settled wins or losses to improve the published record.
We may restrict or close accounts used for fraud, harassment, access-control bypasses, service disruption, or other material violations of these terms. These terms may be updated as the product changes; the effective date above will change when they do.
